Beginner’s Course:
These classes are part of a 12-class course that is run twice a year with start dates in early April and October. The classes are normally held every two weeks (on alternate Mondays to the Intermediate group), in order to let participants practice time between the classes. All classes are accompanied by song sheets and videos recapping each class.
As a ‘complete beginner’, it is suggested you start at the beginning of the course and not try to join us mid-course.
Course fee: £96.00 (£8.00 per class) inclusive of all materials and accompanying videos.

Our Current Beginners Ukulele Course (October to March) is full.
The next Beginner’s Ukulele Course will start on Monday 8th April 2024 and then fortnightly for 12 classes
Please get in touch if you’d like to reserve a place.

Intermediate Classes:
These are a series of ongoing classes and not part of a course, like the Beginner’s classes.
Each class aims at having general tuition and learning new songs from 7.30-8.30 pm and then from 8.30 – 9.30 pm individual guidance and practice of the songs we are already working on. We may also use this time for rehearsing songs for gigs coming up.

Please note that your ukulele will need to be in C tuning (from top to bottom g C E A).
If in doubt about this don’t worry, we can show you how to tune.
For anyone playing Baritone or other tunings, it is suggested you bring a good chord chart with you. Our songsheet chord diagrams are all in C tuning.

We are now able to offer discounted entry-level ukuleles and accessories to club members – Ukuleles & Accessories

If you don’t have your own ukulele, please let us know before turning up to a session
and we will endeavor to bring one along for you to borrow for the evening.
